We are pleased to offer online consultations – an innovation in healthcare that allows patients to be treated by physicians online. In some cases, online consultations can replace traditional doctor’s office visits. Once we receive your questionnaire, we securely send your information to one of our licensed physicians who will approve or deny your question. Upon approval, your prescription is sent to one of our reputable pharmacies to be filled.

Q: How do I know my privacy is protected?

Q: What medications do you sell?

We are pleased to provide a number of medications to our customers. Because of FDA regulations, however, we are unable to sell controlled substances.

Q: What kind of qualifications do your physicians have?

All of the physicians we work with are full licensed in the United States.

Q: How will my medications be shipped? Do you ship everywhere?

We use FedEx exclusively for our shipping and are pleased to provide next-day shipping. We are able to provide medications to many, many customers. Because of federal and state regulations, however, we are not able to ship internationally or to some states, unfortunately. We also are not able to ship to Post Office Boxes.

Q: Do I have to be home to receive my order?

Yes, you or a designated representative must be available to sign for your package.

Q: What are your cancellation and return policies?

We work to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with each purchase. You are able to cancel your order until it has been processed and approved by a physician. After approval, we are unable to cancel your orders. The FDA prohibits the return of medications for safety concerns.
